Shipping Availability Notice
The Velvet Dose & Co currently supplies within South Africa only. At this stage, we are unable to process international peptide orders due to varying import regulations and compliance requirements across different countries.
We remain committed to providing our South African customers with reliable service, quality products, and ongoing support.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
To ensure transparency and efficient delivery, we have implemented a flat-rate shipping structure based on the type of products in your order. Please note the following guidelines regarding our shipping services:
Shipping Services: We utilize reliable courier services to ensure your items arrive safely. Peptides are dispatched via a specialized courier service, while fragrances are delivered using Pudo or The Courier Guy.
Shipping for Peptides Only: A flat rate of R150 applies to all peptide-only orders.
Shipping for Fragrances Only: A flat rate of R135 applies to all fragrance-only orders.
Fine Fragrance Collection (30ml): A specialized flat rate of R70 applies exclusively to The Fine Fragrance Collection 30ml (perfume only) orders.
Combined Orders: If your order contains a combination of peptides and fragrances, a combined shipping fee of R255 will apply. Because these items are sourced from two separate suppliers, your order will be delivered in two separate parcels.
Order Processing
All orders are carefully packed, quality-checked, and prepared for dispatch.
Orders are typically processed within 24 - 72 Hours after payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods, or high order volumes.
Shipping & Delivery
Once dispatched, orders are delivered via our courier partners.
Estimated delivery time ( In transit with our trusted courier service ) is 3–4 business days, depending on your location and courier operations. Deliveries generally take place Monday to Thursday, subject to courier scheduling.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, remote areas, or logistical disruptions.
Shipping fees are standard rates at checkout.
Large or Bulk Orders
Courier fees displayed at checkout apply to standard parcel sizes and weights.
For larger or bulk orders that exceed standard courier limits, additional shipping charges may apply.
In such cases, we will contact you directly to confirm any courier fee adjustments before dispatching your order. Your order will only proceed once you have approved the updated shipping cost.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, a link to your tracking details will be sent to the email address or your Whatsapp number provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their delivery using the tracking information supplied.
Delivery Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Risk transfers to the customer once the parcel has been handed over to the courier for delivery.

We are not responsible for courier-related delays, damage, loss, theft, or delivery issues once the parcel has been dispatched.
