At present, peptides do not require a prescription in South Africa. Any third-party claims requiring scripts or offering in-house prescriptions are independent of this business and not a legal requirement under current interpretation of regulations.
5. WADA / Sports Compliance Notice
Certain research compounds may be prohibited by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) in professional and competitive sports. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with sporting regulations.

💳 Payment Gateway Limitation Notice
Due to the nature of the products offered, certain third-party payment gateways and card processing providers may not support transactions for this business category.
As a result, we currently accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payments only.
We do not process payments through:

- Credit or debit card processors

⏱ Order Processing
Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and cleared in our bank account. Proof of payment does not guarantee order dispatch.

- Send proof of payment via the designated communication channel (if requested)
Delays caused by incorrect references or missing payment confirmation may result in processing delays.

Courier Services
We take product handling seriously, and all medications are carefully packaged and transported under appropriate conditions to help preserve peptide quality and strength throughout delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Any additional courier charges due to incorrect addresses, returned parcels, or failed delivery attempts will be for the customer’s account.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking details provided, delivery-related queries should be directed to the relevant courier company.

All perfumes available on this website are Original Dubai (UAE) perfume brands & The Fine Fragrance Generic Collection and are independently sourced and selected for their craftsmanship, scent quality, and distinctive character. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any international designer, fashion house, or trademarked brand, unless clearly stated.
Any fragrance descriptions, scent families, or comparisons are provided for guidance and experiential reference only, to help customers understand the style and character of a perfume. These descriptions do not imply imitation, duplication, or association with any other brand.
Fragrance performance, including longevity and projection, may vary based on individual skin chemistry, application method, and environmental factors.
By purchasing from our website, customers acknowledge and accept this information and shop with an understanding of the nature of artisanal and regionally produced fragrances.
Terms & Conditions
Short Shipments (Missing Items)
If you receive an incomplete order, we will investigate the matter thoroughly.
- Resolution: If the shortage occurred on our end, we will ship the missing item(s) to you or your at our expense.
- Prior Communication: Before sending a partial order (e.g., due to a stock shortage), we will always attempt to contact you for confirmation. If you approve the shipment of a partial order, the cost of re sending any replacement items will be your responsibility.
Incorrect Items Received
Mistakes can happen. If you or receive the wrong item, please follow these steps:
- Keep Item Sealed: Do not open the package. Since you have already confirmed that the incorrect item was received, opening it is unnecessary.
- Notification: Contact us immediately to report the error.
- Collection and Replacement: We will arrange for the collection of the incorrect item. Once the courier confirms collection, we will ship the correct item at our expense.
- Opened Items: If the incorrect item is opened for any reason, it will be considered sold, and you will be charged for it.
Returned Parcels (Undeliverable)
Parcels returned to us due to failed delivery attempts (e.g., inability to reach the recipient) will be re shipped at your expense. You will be responsible for the additional courier charges.
Order Processing After Payment
To ensure efficient processing amidst high volumes of transactions:
- Payment Reflection Before 9:00 AM: Orders associated with payments reflected in our account by 9:00 AM (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) are prioritized for processing and packing on the same day, stock availability permitting. We strive to dispatch these orders on the same day but dispatch may take up to 1-3 business days.
- Payments Received After 9:00 AM: Orders associated with payments reflected after 9:00 AM will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.

- Perfumes are glass bottles - Fragile.
- Once dispatched, ALL risks passed to buyer.
- NO LIABILITY FOR - Breakage/Leakage.
- Courier delays or damage.
- Third party handling.
We accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage,breakage,leakage,spillage,delays,failed deliveries,or related issues once a order has been packaged and handed to the courier service.
This includes, but not limited to:
Damage during transit.
Courier handling or delays.
Third party handling.
- Dispatch and Tracking: We prioritize getting orders sent as fast as possible, please allow 1-2 days on order processing.
- Tracking Updates: We will send you the tracking numbers/labels the following day, once your parcel is in transit.
- Potential Delays: While we strive for promptness, there may be occasional delays in sending tracking information due to high order volumes. Friday orders may only receive tracking information on Monday.
Stock Availability
- Website Accuracy: We make every effort to keep our website inventory accurate.
- High-Volume Sales: Due to bulk orders and constant stock movement, we cannot guarantee the availability of all items at all times. Stock outs can occur.
- Communication: If an item is out of stock at the time of payment, we will notify you promptly and offer a replacement or refund.
- Website as Indicator: If an item is listed on our website, you can generally assume it is in stock. If it is not listed, it is currently unavailable.
Out-of-Stock Items:
Even with stock checks performed before payment, an item may occasionally sell out before your order is processed for packing. In such cases, we will contact you to offer either a replacement perfume option to the same value.
We take no responsibility for sold out items.
RETURNED PARCELS:
Returned/uncollected parcels = New delivery fee.
Courier Delivery Time frames:
Please note: We are not liable for the time frame the courier takes to deliver your parcel, as this aspect is beyond our control.
- Main Principal Areas: Typically, delivery takes 2-3 business days after we provide your tracking details.
- Outlying Areas: Delivery to outlying areas may take 3-4 business days after we provide your tracking details.
You are welcome to track your order’s progress with the courier, using your unique tracking number.
We do not track orders on behalf of our customers.
Terms and Conditions Regarding Our Responsibilities:
The following terms and conditions apply to our responsibility as a supplier and distributor for all customers:
- Tracking Responsibility: Once you receive your tracking details, it is your responsibility to track the order and resolve any queries directly with the relevant courier service.
- Glass Products: There is no insurance coverage for glass products. We will not accept liability for lost or stolen parcels containing glass items.
- Communication and Respect: We strive to provide excellent service. However, due to instances of verbal and emotional abuse directed towards us, often from customers who have not taken responsibility for tracking their own orders, we emphasize that such behavior will not be tolerated.
- Service Scope: Our primary services are the supply of perfumes and the arrangement of courier delivery. We do not receive compensation for services such as packaging, bubble wrapping, taping, and general administrative assistance.
- Order Details: Please ensure the accuracy of the following details when placing orders:
- Receiver's full name and surname
- Complete and accurate address, including the area code
- Correct contact details
- Any applicable special instructions
Incomplete or inaccurate information can delay the booking and packing of your order. We appreciate your cooperation in providing accurate details.
