SHIPPING & DELIVERY Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, responsibility transfers to the courier service. We are not responsible for delivery delays, lost/stolen parcels, customs holds, transit damage, or incorrect address submissions. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
